How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.
Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equipment?
No, we have all the necessary materials. However if you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use, we can accomodate for that as well.
Do you wash windows?
Unfortunately, we do not wash windows
If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours, will there be a charge?
Yes the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.
What kind of disinfectant is used? Is it safe?
We use a Botanical Disinfectant Solution that is non-abrasive, non-corrosive, and non-flammable. This solution does not use bleach to clean surfaces and can be used without any personal protective equipment. Once sprayed, the solution will disinfect, sanitize, clean, and deordorize all in one step.
